Bryan Foster - President
For 14 years, Bryan Foster was National Sales Manager of Arrow Speed Warehouse. During his tenure, he dealt with over 200 manufacturers and became familiar with their varied methods of marketing and selling products. At Arrow Speed he successfully managed over 30 sales people while building lasting business relationships with jobbers, retailers, farm & fleet stores, direct marketers and programmed distribution entities. In 1995 Bryan and Brenda took their skills to the next level and launched Foster Babcock and Associates. Since that time, the FBA team has been providing innovative and unsurpassed sales support to all the vendors they have served. Whether the Vendor/Customer be national or local, they have benefitted greatly from Bryan’s vision, drive and expertise.
Brenda Babcock - Executive Vice President
Brenda Babcock worked for 14 years as an owner/operator of a Western Auto Associate Store. She spent eight years assisting Bryan Foster in sales supervision, customer service and the day-to-day management of the inside and outside sales force for Arrow Speed warehouse. Since the launch of Foster Babcock and Associates in 1995, Brenda has been the glue that holds the behind-the-scenes part of the business together. She has a remarkable grasp of what it takes to support a successful sales organization. She makes sure the things that need to happen, happen.
Dan Garvey - Territory Manager

Dan Garvey has 4 years experience in store management and 10 years in buying for the automotive aftermarket. Career stops at Trak Auto and J C Whitney/Warshawsky have equipped him with the experience to manage his territory effectively. Dan also has special skills in merchandising and developing sales promotions. His background provides our customers and vendors with a high level of satisfaction that is necessary in our industry.
Keith Johnson - Territory Manager

Keith Johnson has enjoyed over 28 years in the Automotive and Motor Sports Industry. Always having a passion for cars and power sports, his automotive business roots started with retail management in an aftermarket auto parts store. His career stops along the way have been with 10,000 Auto Parts, Champion Auto Stores and Waldoch Crafts. Though this career path he has held the position of District Manager for several auto parts store locations, he merged into the marketing world for a period of time and held positions as Buyer and Merchandiser before joining FBA in 2000. During his career at FBA he has also expanded our business in the Power Sports Industry. A strong work ethic his ability to listen and being an enthusiast in this market has brought success for our Power Sports accounts and Vendors. His experience gives all our customers and vendors a high level of satisfaction with the success his professional account management delivers.
James Rafinski - Territory Manager / Customer Service Manager
James came to us in 2007 with 13 years of automotive aftermarket experience coupled with a passion for our industry. His entire career prior to FBA was spent at Lund International providing customer service, sales and marketing support. His previous career has prepared him well for supporting and managing our Minnesota office.
Gerald Babcock - Warranty Manager
Gerald’s entire career has been in the automotive industry. From owning/operating a Western Auto Store for 14 years to designing and managing the installation of retail trucking centers for over 20 years. Gerald is FBA’s dedicated warranty manager who provides inspection and processing of defective and warranty issues for all our vendor’s products. He makes weekly visits to our customers and is equipped with the knowledge and tools to prevent many allegedly defective products from being processed by fixing minor problems so the products can go back into inventory.
Debby Compton - Controller
Staff accountant for FBA. Debby is responsible for all A/P, A/R, G/L and P/R. She reports financials directly to the owners of the company. Debby tracks commissions and yearly sales for our manufacturers tracks weekly ad results and produces specialized reports for our salesmen so they are constantly aware of any sales growth or fluctuations.
John Torrez - Data Manager / Analyst
John Torrez comes to us with 20 years in the automotive aftermarket industry. During his career, John spent a few years at Cummins Diesel, AutoZone, CARQUEST, ADN and APA gaining valuable experience in Data Management/Analytics and Product/Project Management. John’s diverse background will provide our vendors and customers with decision support in pricing, sales, inventory, and data analysis.
